Officer Seth Coleman was
hired by the Henderson
Police Department in 2003.
After graduating from the
Police Academy, he was
assigned to the East Area
Command, where he
worked as a patrol officer,
bike tam officer, field
training officer and most
recently a detective in the
Property Division. Officer
Coleman was selected as a
K-9 handler in 2007 and is
currently training with
police service dog recruit
“Dino.”
Dino is a two-year-old
Belgian Tervuren and is
currently being trained to
search for hidden
suspects, perform building
searches, article searches
and S.W.A.T operations.
Dino should complete his
training in November 2008.
